39 years of footprints.

Key turning points SM SOFT LAB has built through decades of change in financial IT.

1987

Korea Sorimachi founded

Established as a Korea-Japan joint venture (50% domestic / 50% Japan Sorimachi) — a specialized financial IT solutions provider, taking our first steps in brokerage system development.

1990s

Full entry into HTS & brokerage systems

Developed HTS for major Korean brokerages, contributing to standards in Windows-based trading systems.

2000s

Entry into integrated terminals · KSM Builder

Launched the KSM Builder series to address massive screen counts and multi-developer collaboration in next-gen integrated terminals.

2010s

Mobile era · overseas expansion

Delivered mobile apps for overseas brokerages including YJFX NOAH (Japan) — entering the global validation stage.

2020s

Renamed to SM SOFT LAB · Alpharo Studio

In 2021, after Japanese Sorimachi divested its shares, Korea Sorimachi Co., Ltd. was renamed to SM SOFT LAB Co., Ltd. In the same period we released Alpharo Studio — a unified multi-solution that develops HTS, employee terminals, hybrid MTS, and general web projects in a single tool.

2026

GENIE — into the Low-Code · AI era

Official launch of GENIE, combining drag-and-drop Visual Editor, natural-language AI generation, and SDUI-based simultaneous deployment to six platforms.
